1. USER INFORMATION
Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
LANIUS PARK, S.L. is the DATA CONTROLLER responsible for processing the USER’s personal data and hereby informs the USER that such data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data, and for what purposes?
Depending on the form from which we obtained your personal data, we will treat it confidentially for the following purposes:
On the Contact form:
- To respond to inquiries or any other requests made by users through any of the contact methods available on the controller’s website (based on the controller’s legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
- To send commercial advertising communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be sent by the data controller and will relate to its products and services, or those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has entered into a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data (based on the data subject’s consent, 6.1.a GDPR).
- Processing reservations at the data controller’s facility (for the performance of a contract or a pre-contractual arrangement, 6.1.b GDPR).
How long will we keep your personal data?
The data will be retained for no longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing or as required by law; once it is no longer necessary for that purpose, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or its complete destruction.
Who do we share your personal information with?
We do not plan to disclose any personal data to third parties, except where necessary for the purposes of processing, to our communications service providers, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has entered into the confidentiality and data processor agreements required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The USER’s rights are as follows:
- The right to withdraw consent at any time.
- The right to access, correct, transfer, and delete your data, as well as the right to restrict or object to its processing.
- The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing does not comply with applicable regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By checking the appropriate boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or in download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally acknowledge that their data is necessary for the provider to process their request; the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary.
The USER warrants that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and agrees to notify the CONTROLLER of any changes thereto.
The DATA CONTROLLER hereby informs you that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide optimal service to the USER. If you do not provide all the required data, we cannot guarantee that the information and services provided will fully meet your needs.
3. SAFETY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER is complying with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and is clearly adhering to the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, according to which such data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with the necessary information so that they may exercise those rights.
